Spa Policies

At FLOAT Chautauqua, Inc. our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

Please be considerate of our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you cancel 24 hours in advance for a full refund.  Any cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $25 fee.  "No Shows" will incur the full charge. 

 

If you have trouble doing small steps, we have another entrance available for your convenience and safety. Please call prior to your scheduled float and we will make the necessary arrangements.

DAMAGES & FEES

Urination, defacation and other bodily fluids will result in a $500 damage fee.  

(And yes, we can tell!)  Please respect our equipment, time and investment.

Robes are provided for a quick and easy exit to a private restroom.
